True understanding in this world is rare; only through shared experience and empathy can one truly see from

In scenarios where consumers directly operate equipment in a laundromat, the demand for reliability is far higher than that of traditional industrial washing machines.

24-hour unattended self-service laundromats are ubiquitous in most regions worldwide, such as Europe, America, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia, with their numbers and total revenue far exceeding those of dry cleaners. The business model of these laundromats relies on consumers visiting the store to complete the entire washing and drying process by operating the machines themselves.

Unlike trained professional operators in dry cleaners or industrial laundry plants, the performance, reliability, and control interfaces of self-service laundry equipment are designed directly for ordinary consumers without any professional knowledge or technical skills. These diverse customers include young people starting independent lives, homemakers managing household chores with children, blue-collar truck drivers, travelers on the move, and even elderly citizens.

Given the vast difference in users, the design philosophy and starting point for the reliability of self-service laundry equipment are naturally distinct from traditional laundry equipment.

Self-service laundry equipment requires higher reliability. Imagine if a washing machine frequently malfunctions during a cycle, causing the door to lock and clothes to be trapped inside; the consumer would be at a loss, feeling anxious and worried. This experience directly affects whether they choose to return to the store. Therefore, laundromats have higher standards for equipment performance and a much lower tolerance for failure.

The reliability of electromechanical equipment begins first with its design philosophy, precise calculations, and a comprehensive reliability implementation plan.

Accutech is a brand dedicated to the R&D and production of self-service laundry equipment. Its core team members possess fifteen years of experience in operating laundromats and deeply empathize with the various issues equipment can face. Therefore, since its founding, the brand has stood from the perspective of laundromat owners, fully integrating self-service application scenarios and placing reliability as the absolute priority.

Reliability stems from rigorous and standardized design, calculation, and precision machining accuracy. Taking the main shaft in the following figure as an example: the red box indicates the surface finish requirements for the two bearing positions on the shaft, the blue box indicates the concentricity requirements for the two cylinders, and the yellow box represents the roundness requirements. Only by meeting these precision requirements can we ensure that the shaft and bearings operate without issues over long-term use.

Of course, high reliability also encompasses standardized component inspection, scientific assembly, the selection of premium brand components, and rigorous testing. We will delve deeper into these topics in future articles.
